Visa Inc. Responds to Sandy Hook School Tragedy
FOSTER CITY, CA, December 21, 2012 – Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) today announced a donation of $50,000 to the Sandy Hook School Support Fund, which has been established by the United Way of Western Connecticut to help provide support services to the families and community that have been affected. As part of Visa's response, interchange fees on U.S. domestic transactions will be waived through February 15, 2013 on donations made to the Sandy Hook School Support Fund at the United Way of Western Connecticut.
