Visa Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend, Increases Dividend Rate 20%

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 20, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --

Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) today announced that its board of directors had declared a 20% increase in the quarterly dividend aggregate amount on its class A common stock (determined in the case of class B and class C common stock on an as-converted basis) from $0.125 per share to $0.15 per share, payable on December 7, 2010, to all holders of record of the Company's class A, class B and class C common stock as of November 19, 2010. The quarterly dividend increase raises the annual dividend rate from $0.50 per share to $0.60 per share.
